Sunshine CPR Training – Terms of Service

Welcome to Sunshine CPR Training. By booking and paying for any course or training session, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Sunshine CPR Training provides American Heart Association (AHA) aligned CPR, BLS, Heartsaver, and First Aid training. Training may be delivered in-person, blended (online + skills session), or as skills-only sessions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Group and on-site training may require a deposit to reserve the session.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 5 or more days before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
• 48 hours to 4 days before the scheduled session: You may reschedule once at no additional cost, or receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the session / No-show: No refund. We may allow rescheduling at our discretion (a rescheduling fee may apply).

To cancel or reschedule, please email us at admin@sunshinecprtraining.com as soon as possible.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to participate.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for floor skills practice.
• Complete any required online (eLearning) portion before attending a skills-only session.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

6. Certification and eCards

• Students who successfully complete the course requirements will receive an official AHA eCard.
• In most cases, eCards are issued the same day.
• Sunshine CPR Training is not responsible for delays caused by the AHA system.

7. Liability

CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks. Sunshine CPR Training and its instructors are not liable for any injury that may occur during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
